New Chairman and Committee for 2012

Following the Annual General Meeting on Thursday 27th October 2011, there is now a new Chairman for Metro FC.

Doug Rencher was voted in as the new Chairman to reprise the role he occupied several years ago. Doug is a Metro stalwart and club man who is always around the club. Please feel free to introduce yourself to him if you havent already and we look forward to his leadership - especially with the NRFL Mens team leading into a rebuilding phase for the team.

We are also lucky Gary Carter who has been secretary/treasurer/along with many many other tasks behind the scene has agreed to continue being the club treasurer. Gary does an amazing job and we are lucky he is going to keep being our treasurer even though due to work commitments he has to cut back on the extra tasks he does. His vast knowledge is a major resource to the club.

Ants Owens & Raychel Pierson are again your Junior/Youth Football Co-ordinators and for 2012 we will have two Senior AFF Team Coordinators with Stephen Millham and Paul Shelton taking up this role. Steve Horst, Metro FC Club Captain is again your 1st contact for field bookings and training grounds.
