A total of 106mm of rain fell over the last week at Auckland Airport (the same total as in all of July) - and with the interruptions we've had, and the possibility of more to follow, there may be the need to schedule weekend double headers in some of the leagues we run and, in some cases, we have already done so.
Can you please check your draws carefully and regularly over the next couple of weeks so you can be prepared if there is a late change required in order to maximise the amount of time our players get to spend on the park before the season is over.
An example of one such double header is the weekend of the 28-29 August for the 14th Grade Girls Combined competition which includes games on both Saturday and Sunday of that particular weekend
