• For all teams to play in the highest leagues possible
• To provide programmes so that all players can maximize their skill level
• To attract and retain players, coaches, administrators, volunteers, sponsors and supporters  
• To provided a family friendly, safe and challenging environment.
• The clubs financial resources are managed professionally
• The club maintains, frequent, and open communication with all its stakeholders.  
• To improve the physical, training and playing resources
• That the growth of the club is based on sound business practices.
• That a strong and robust junior/youth academy of excellence is established.   
• To have teams entered in womens leagues.
