We are holding a club based referee (CBR) course at Metro FC, and this course, run by the
Auckland Football Federation (AFF) is your chance to become an official CBR.
This is a great chance to brush up on all the current laws of the game and become a qualified CBR for your team.
A CBR has all the same rights and obligations as an appointed, official AFF Referee.
Where: Metro Football Club Clubrooms, Phyllis Street
When: Thursday 31st May & Thursday 7th June 2018
Time: 6.30pm to 9.30pm
Please note participants must attend both sessions to qualify as a CBR
Upon completion of the course participants receive the following: Law of game book, CBR shirt,
referee notebook with cards, CBR registration card & whistle
RSVP (Before Monday 28 May, 4pm) with Name, team associated with and best contact email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please be aware THERE ARE GAMES AS NORMAL on Queens Birthday Weekend.
This means WoFP (Fri 1/6 & Sat 2/6), AFF Junior/Youth/Senior (Sat 2/6) and AFF Womens (Sun 3/6)
have fixtures for this date.
Please inform your teams today.
As you are aware there will be major changes to the club over the next few years and in particular the construction
of new clubrooms at Phyllis Street.
This entails a major cost to the club and while we will be seeking external support, we are requesting
that members can also be part of the fundraising.
We are looking for any major contributors who may wish to donate, but also we are selling a “brick” for $100.00.
Each donation will be recorded on the wall sign to be erected in the clubrooms.
If you wish to contribute to the Metro Sports Club fund, the bank account details are 12 3029 0401442 06.
Please provide you details so your contribution can be recorded accordingly.
You may also buy a brick via the bar.
