n Sunday our Womens 1st Team took on NRF Womens Conference Champions, Hibiscus Coast AFC, in the final of the NRF Womens KO Cup. 

Hibiscus Coast AFC, unbeaten in league and cup fixtures this season were a formidable opposition however our team put in a proud performance to test the Champions throughout the match.

Having conceded midway in the 1st half to a fantastically taken free kick by Hibiscus Coast the team challenged their opponents in every area of the pitch as they searched for an equaliser.

Unfortunately the team couldnt quite find the equaliser in the second half but put in a performance they should be proud of regardless of the 1-0 loss. 

The club is so proud of the teams performances this season in both the league and the cup, and look forward to 2023 where the team can build on the foundations of this season, and look for promotion next season.

Well done to the team & Head Coach, Tim Ragg, once more you should all be very proud!
