JUNIOR/YOUTH DIRECTOR OF FOOTBALL VACANCY

Applications are invited for the role of Junior/Youth Director of Football
This role encompasses a number of areas key to the requirements of the club, including the following:
- Friday Night Whole of Football Programme
- Coaching of clubs coaches
- Club wide player development
- Potential off season &/or school holiday programmes
- Club football development programmes
- Development of youth female football pathway
- Coach NRFL Mens Championship U23's
We are seeking someone with the drive, passion and determination to assist the club with achieving the development goals for our membership.
The successful candidate will hold a minimum of a NZF/OFC 'C' Coaching Licence (or accepted equivalent), Metro FC will support the successful candidate with attaining further coaching qualifications if desired.
The role will require close work with our NRFL Mens Championship Head Coach, NRF Womens Conference Head Coach, and the club board.
Metro FC has a strong partnership with NZ's most successful club, Auckland City FC. The DoF will also work closely with the ACFC Academy Director to ensure adherence to our MoU.
